After 15 years of working for ANZ Funds Management, Salmat Direct Marketing, Fosters and Fonterra, I left the corporate world to work from home at International Coach Academy, a global online coach training business where I continued to expand and apply my marketing knowledge and experience to the online world. My role started with managing online advertising and grew to integrating cloud based software and online marketing technique for customer acquisition and retention. I managed a virtual team and was responsible for content distribution through blogging and sharing on social media. In addition I co-developed and taught a training course for coaches to get their business online and build their own community.
I combine my marketing experience and expertise in all things online to share this knowledge with businesses wanting to understand how to be found and how to communicate with their prospects and customers.
My typical clients are small professional services businesses like lawyers, counsellors, coaches, psychotherapists and consultants. The key issues they deal with are attracting new customers and positioning themselves in the market and remaining top of mind. I help my clients build their website, select their social media platform, develop their social media strategy and share my knowledge and expertise in how to efficiently maximise their online communication to build their community.
